The plans to regenerate Newington & St Andrew's are now in the final stages of preparation! Based on Anlaby Road, Spring Estate Agents are located right on the edge of the area the plan aims to transform with over 4,000 new & refurbished homes, proposals for new parks, open spaces & public squares, revitalised shopping areas & a potential new secondary school.
The plan takes into account the comments made by hundreds of residents & stakeholders who have, like Spring Estate Agents, attended meetings & events or put their views in writing during the previous rounds of consultation.
Spring Estate Agents continues to be at the heart of the regeneration & are very enthusiastic about what changes are proposed over the next 10-15 years.
Now the final stage of consultation has arrived, which runs from 27th October to 8th December 2008.
