Spring Estate Agents are delighted to be able to announce they are now in close alliance with the new & impressive property portal Globrix.

Launched in January 2008, Globrix is a new property search engine that has already made a significant impact on the market & aims to become one of the top 5 consumer property portals by the end of 2008.

We were keen to get involved with Globrix not only because they are a new company like ourselves but also because they understand the frustration we feel as agents by the increasing fees demanded by other property portals.

So you can now find our properties amongst the current 740,000 others listed on Globrix, making them second only to Rightmove.

Spring attends Newington & St Andrew's Area Action Plan & Amy Johnson Site Design Workshop

Spring Estate Agents had the pleasure of being invited to the KC Stadium by the Hull City Council, Gateway & Keepmoat Plc for their presentation of the Newington & St Andrew's Regeneration Action Plan.

This event was the first in a series to be held over the coming months designed to keep us engaged in the development of the Area Action Plan. All the comments that were received throughout the day are now being carefully considered for the next version of the plan called the Submission Draft which we will have the ability to comment on when completed in the Autumn.

After a very interesting day it must be said we are even more excited about the future of the area in which we are growing our business.
