After a meeting this morning with 106.9FM WHCR we have now signed up to advertise our company and services to the local community via the radio. Within the next week you will be able to hear our advert on West Hull Community Radio for the duration of our 2 month campaign.

Hull City FC
This weekend saw Hull City FC secure their place in the Premier League with their 1-0 victory over Bristol City. The team’s win also means they have won the richest single match in world football, estimated to be worth £60 million.
Spring Estate Agents Ltd which is located close to the KC Stadium on Anlaby Road are not only big Hull City fans but are involved in the Hull’s regeneration & are excited about what the win will mean for the city. The Premier League could have some financial spin-offs and the city’s urban regeneration is reflected in the team’s sudden rise.
Hull’s council leader Carl Minns claims schemes like the £100 million regeneration of the Humber Street area, home to the city’s fruit market for nearly 200 years and the £165 million Humber Quays development on the river Humber are proof that the city is in the middle of an economic and social renaissance.

A lot of multi-millionaire owners would come to Hull for away games and they may then look at the city as somewhere they could locate a business or they may want to come and spend a weekend in the East Riding and visit Beverley, the best town in the country.
“To see the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo coming to the KC and going to places like Anfield and Old Trafford will have a massive positive effect on the city.” __ Nick Barmby

Business Network International (BNI)
Spring Estate Agents Ltd last week met with the Hull Kingstown chapter of Business Network International (BNI). This is a group of local businesses that meet weekly in order to support and help benefit each others companies. Hessle Road Network
The Hessle Road Network is a community-led organisation that was formed to enable local residents to actively participate in regeneration issues in their area. As a local business already involved in Hull’s regeneration projects Spring Estate Agents Ltd have recently been in talks with the charity to see how we can be of help and in turn form a close working relationship.
The Hessle Road Network currently has two areas of activity; The Youth Project and the Health & Social Care Project. As these projects are based in the Hessle Road area of Hull including Newington & St Andrews which is included in the proposed regeneration, therefore, we hope to be able to offer support with the improvement of the housing market in that area.
